LAS VEGAS — The redesigned 2008 Honda Accord has barely begun reaching U.S. showrooms, but the automaker already is making available a wide range of Honda Factory Performance (HFP) parts as dealer-installed accessories.
To showcase the line of go-fast components, Honda is displaying a 2008 Accord Coupe in full HFP dress at the 2007 SEMA Show. Virtually all parts are in stock except for the sport suspension upgrade kit, which goes on sale next spring. All HFP components carry a full three-year/36,000-mile warranty.
Among the HFP pieces available for the new Accord are 19-inch alloy wheels, a full aero body kit with front and rear spoilers and side skirts, plus the suspension kit, which lowers ride height by 1 inch.
What this means to you: You can also order HFP kits for the Civic and the Fit.
