Haynes manual says 58 ft lbs. be sure that the bolt threads are all clean, and if there is any resistance from putting the bolt in the hole, tap it out. the bolt size is 12 mm, pitch is 1.25.

Also, make sure that there is nothing in the bolt hole. the hole in the block has oil in it, the bolt can bottom out in that and give a false torque reading.
